My Trip To Weight Loss

So, You are tired dieting and can't reduce a single pound and looking for a way to reduce weight as soon as possible then you are at the right place.



Weight loss and fitness is everybody dream and it can be achieved by those who work super hard on their exercise and diet. I myself once had a weight of 199 pounds and I faced a lot of denial and rejection from most of my friends and family members because I was Fat. But I take took those rejection as a motivation to bring a change in myself in my life.

Before starting I would like you to cut these things completely from your Life.

Sugar and Sweets/Bakery Items:
These are extremely dangerous specially for a sportsman because it can cause your glucose level to spike and unstable blood sugar can cause fatigue and headache.

Fast Food/Junk Food/Gross
These unhealthy food are the real cause of your fat. These foods are nothing but just a taste of tongue.

Drinks/ Energy Drinks/ Bear 
These drinks contains a very high amount of sugar, Carbonation citric acid. Consuming these drinks can yield high intake sugar, a lot weight gain and calcium depletion.

I am going to discuss two ways of losing your weight and remember "STAY AWAY FROM STEROID".

There are two Ways you can reduce weight
1. Cardio Exercises
2. Hitting the Gym

Cardio Exercises (Moderate)



That was my method. Indeed it is the best method you can choose to lose weight.

Cardio Exercises Involve

  1. Jumping
  2. Swimming
  3. Stair Climbing
  4. KettleBells
  5. Cycling
  6. High intense training
  7. Rowing 
  8. Sprinting
  9. Ich Worm
  10. Uppercut Etc.
You can do these exercises in your nearby area or You should get yourself admitted to a boxing Club. If your only goal to to lose weight than take my advice do learn a self-defensing art (Recommended). Because in any self defensing games you are going to lose weight automatically plus you will learn some basics techniques to defend yourself. During my weight loss days i use to box for almost 3 hours a day without any holiday in a week  and I lose 50 pounds in two and a half month. Boxing Changed My Life. Well I've never Box to become a professional or fight a tournament. I just learned that to achieve fitness and to defend myself. The exercises I have mentioned are part of every self-defensing games and they are highly reliable and moreover you don't have to cut all of your calories. All You have to do is to have a time table and eat normal

Break Fast(In-between 7am-10am)

Lunch(In-Between 12pm-2pm)

Dinner(In-Between 7pm - 9pm)

Time Duration For Exercise(1-2 hours)


Hitting the Gym (Tough Call)



You can also lose weight by hitting the gym but in that case your diet program should be very very strong and and if you eat or drink the thing that is against your diet plan. Trust me you are going to lose all of your workout and effort you just made in the gym.
It doesn't matter how many sets you do or how many reps you have made the important thing during a gym workout is the diet.

In the End I would like to tell you that
You should convert the rejection of people into a motivation. Show the world what you have been made of. The is no gain without a pain. The only person that can change you is YOU. Believe in yourself.
